Arriving at The Coniston
How to get there?
From Liverpool and Manchester:
If you are travelling from Liverpool or Manchester, we recommend travelling up the M6 or M61, joining the M65 near Preston. From here you should follow the M65 to its end in Colne and take the A56 towards Broughton, then the A59 towards Skipton. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A65 which will take you straight to The Coniston.
This route will be different from what your SatNav may suggest as it is slightly longer than the typical route, however it avoids some bendy, steep roads that might be dangerous in April weather.

If you are travelling from near Birmingham, we recommend travelling up the M6, joining the M65 at junction 29. From here you should follow the M65 to its end in Colne and take the A56 towards Broughton, then the A59 towards Skipton. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the A65 which will take you straight to The Coniston.
